Hey! Haven't blogged in awhile :\ wanted to blog about cca recruitment and tk band in concert but I just haven't had the time.. Sec four life has been pretty chaotic, with tests and cca and all.. Not to mention we get the o level talk EVERYDAY. Not kidding. During lessons it'll be "today the topic....better study for Os confirm come out" "you have only 9 months to go" so yeah. Sec fours only have remedial for their weak subjects but my grades are all kinda shitty so I have remedial for 6 subjects lol. I've started physics and amath tuition since my math and sciences are generally weak. So here's my timetable for the week. Monday - remedial + Amaths tuition at night Tuesday - remedial + chinese tuition Wednesday - drama Thursday - remedial Friday - drama and tennis Saturday - chem remedial (I need it) + Chinese tuition and Sundays I have physics tuition. My weekends aren't as productive as I hope but ill try to revise more!!
I don't like being sec four :( you stare out the window for 10 seconds and you've missed an important concept. The good thing about being a senior is that nobody jumps your queue :P and you don't need to climb stairs. Yeah that's about all the privileges of being a senior haha. Time passed so fast.. I still remember my first day of sec one! I had a gay hairstyle damn. At least now my hair is less gay.. right? Okay don't answer that question.
HCL
I've decided to continue with higher Chinese! I got a B3 for my normal Chinese Os which is the minimum grade needed to continue on. The Chinese teachers spent weeks asking students to drop it because the passing rate for higher Chinese in tk is low and it isn't going to be easy studying higher Chinese while juggling all our other subjects. My tutor advised me to stay on and I was really caught between dropping and continuing. But I'm glad I stayed on cos now I really learn more in Chinese class! (: we alternate teachers each week and this week we get Ning Lao Shi.. I have no idea what she's saying lol I do listen but she talk until so chim my face ends up like this o_O every lesson :\
DRAMA
Syf is coming soon!! We're doing a play called bang bang you're dead (: it's a really cool yet morbid play so we had to cut a few "disturbing" lines :( I'm playing Jessie, a random girl with hopes and dreams who got shot. The play happens in the killers mind where all his inner thoughts and voices haunts him. We're getting props next week!! I'm so excited ^^ but right now I don't think we're good enough for a distinction.. There's so much more room for improvement. Hopefully when we're ready our friends can come to watch (:
On a side note, mr tan kee hoe is my chemistry teacher! His lessons are always so interesting. I like his sarcasm and how insults flows out of his mouth so naturally haha I have the utmost respect for him :P
